Evidence behind the way HAWT works.
These projects show how HAWT defines the problem, directs AI-assisted implementation, tests connected work, and stays responsible for what ships. They are evidence of method, not a menu of development services.
Defend Your House
A cooperative Roblox survival game built through AI-agent orchestration.
The game asks players to collect scrap, build and repair defenses, place gadgets, and protect a house Core through progressively harder waves and boss fights. Turning that idea into a working game required many connected systems, not a single generated script.
What HAWT handled
- Converted game mechanics and progression ideas into defined implementation tasks
- Directed Codex and Claude across Luau systems, interface work, and gameplay changes
- Tested builds in Roblox Studio, reproduced defects, and sent failed work back with clearer requirements
- Managed scope, integration decisions, release order, and the final call on what shipped
Current state
The result is a playable early-access game with a complete cooperative survival loop. The project shows the same method HAWT uses for business software: define the behavior, direct the tools, test the result, and remain responsible for delivery.

Stable Manager Pro
A working platform for equestrian facilities.
Barns often coordinate lessons, payments, reminders, and rider records across spreadsheets, messages, and phone calls. Stable Manager Pro brings those recurring operations into one product for owners, instructors, riders, and families.
What HAWT handled
- Mapped the operating model into product areas, user roles, and buildable feature sequences
- Structured the workflows for scheduling, payments, reminders, rider progress, and account management
- Directed Claude, Codex, and Lovable while reviewing the React, TypeScript, Supabase, and Stripe implementation
- Tested complete user flows, resolved integration problems, and decided what belonged in each release
Current state
Stable Manager Pro is a live product with a public trial. HAWT remains responsible for product direction, release quality, and the decisions that connect the business workflow to the software.

PushdUp
Community software built around organized discussion.
PushdUp explores how a modern community can combine topic channels, longer posts, focused reading, and live conversation without turning every screen into an undifferentiated feed.
What HAWT directed
- Defined the relationship between channel navigation, post discovery, full-page reading, and real-time chat
- Set the feature scope and interaction rules for publishing, reading, following, and conversation
- Coordinated Claude, Codex, and Lovable across implementation work rather than relying on one generated pass
- Reviewed responsive behavior, tested connected flows, and made release decisions across the product
Current state
The working product includes category navigation, rich publishing, reader views, account flows, and real-time community features across desktop and mobile layouts.

Custom Music-Gear Ecommerce
Repairing the sales path for a one-person manufacturer.
A broken checkout can look like weak demand. In this engagement, several problems were stacked together: live payment settings needed attention, stale caching could produce an empty cart, conflicting card options confused checkout, and some purchase controls were disabled.
Work completed
- Diagnosed and restored live payment processing
- Fixed the empty-cart cache problem and conflicting checkout options
- Added fraud controls without blocking legitimate high-value orders
- Connected WooCommerce purchases to a post-purchase Mailchimp sequence
- Planned and sent a focused campaign for a pedalboard product
What the campaign revealed
Email engagement was not the immediate problem. Most recorded clicks went directly to the product page, which exposed the product presentation and disabled purchase controls as the next conversion issues to address.

GE Investor Relations
Earlier enterprise experience on a global investor platform.
This project predates HAWT's current AI practice. It is included because it shows experience delivering inside a large organization where public information, publishing systems, performance, and a global audience all matter.
What the project required
- Reorganized the experience around earnings material, reports, filings, and time-sensitive investor information
- Improved the frontend and page performance of a slow, dated platform
- Worked within an enterprise CMS and an established publishing process
- Designed information paths for a global public-company audience rather than a marketing-only website
Why it remains relevant
Modern AI work still has to fit existing systems, review processes, information rules, and multiple stakeholders. This project is evidence of that enterprise delivery context, while the current product work above shows the AI-assisted method HAWT uses now.
